Material Mart Weekly Newsletter September 13, 2021
Good Morning Everyone,
What a great way to begin the Fall. Everyone is back in school and back into our routines. I know a lot of you have been looking for that.
We extend our thoughts and prayers to Kathy Tate and her family in the passing of her brother.
We have planned some different classes for October and will share details as soon as they are finalized. We will also be doing a "FB Live Skinny Bolt Sale," Monday September 27. This has been a well receive sale that moves fast. Watch the preview and find the fabrics you would like, then be ready to claim them.
Sewing machines will not be going down for repair until next week, Sept. 20. Our repair man is out of town so we are holding the machines until then.
This Week: Monday: FaceBook Live 6:30pm Part of the program will be winding a bobbin. Friday: Lock-In B 1pm to 10pm; the main dish is cabbage rolls. Please bring something to share.
Shop Hop is coming. Get your Passports soon. We do have bags back in stock.
We are still encouraging masks. We are not going to require them, but simply encourage you to consider others at this time. We will do curbside if that helps. Just call and we'll get things together. There is no extra charge for curbside service. We can also mail products out for a slight shipping charge.
This quarter (July - September) your quilt donations will be going to Candlestone Assisted Living and Memory Care. Thank you for donating as we seek to give back to the community.
A note from Ed: Occasionally someone will come in and say the store hours are wrong on our website. Sometimes they even show a staff member the page on their phone. But, by the time the message gets to me I cannot find the problem on the site. If you see a problem, please show it to Ed, not a staff member. I know I'm only there on Monday and Saturday, but it will only get fixed if I see it. If possible, send the link for the page the mistake is on to the store email (email@example.com) and put "for Ed" in the subject line. Thanks.
Have a blessed week and take time for quilting every day.
